Jirapa’s specialization is directed at "c-level" appointments, namely chief executive officers and their direct reports within the financial services and industrial-products sectors.

Over the past five years, Jirapa has delivered executive talent acquisition services to more than a hundred clients in Thailand.

Her clients include leading financial services institutions and subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies within the industrial-products industry.

Prior to joining Human Capital Alliance, Jirapa was for four years a senior consultant at Korn Ferry Thailand, the wholly owned subsidiary of the world’s largest search firm.

Her career prior to consulting included tenures in finance at TISCO, a leading financial services firm in Thailand, and at Thai Petrochemical Industries.

Born in Thailand, Jirapa received her secondary education in Singapore before returning to Bangkok where she earned her bachelor’s degree from Assumptions University in 1991 and an MBA in 1995.
