Her specialization is directed at "c-level" appointments- chief executive officers and their direct reports in Asian Family Businesses.

Over the past decade, Vauraporn has delivered executive search services to several hundred clients in Thailand.

Her clients include subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies, and companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Moreover, Vauraporn has placed several hundred functional directors and chief executive officers into companies spanning across a broad cross-section of industries including: financial services, advanced technologies, fast moving consumer goods, and industrial products.

Prior to joining Human Capital Alliance, Vauraporn was for seven years a senior consultant at Korn Ferry Thailand, the wholly owned subsidiary of the world’s largest search firm.

Born in Thailand, Vauraporn received her secondary education in Singapore and her tertiary education in the United States. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in 1991 and an MBA from Assumptions University in 1995.
