You will also need to work with us to develop a comprehensive profile for the position to be filled, the position’s responsibilities, the background, experience, and more importantly, the required soft skills.

The Right Candidates

We will present you with a range of qualified potential candidates, whom we have thoroughly assessed and interviewed. We will discuss the following about the candidates we present:

  • Education and background
  • Experience and significant achievements relative to the position
  • Personal strengths and weaknesses with respect to the position
  • Intellectual, interpersonal, and motivation competencies
  • Perceived cultural fit
  • Interest in the position
  • Remuneration and financial expectations

We will discuss with you the interviewing arrangements and other issues that can affect the critical interviewing process.

Immediately after you have interviewed candidates, we will solicit your comments and feedback and help you conduct comparative candidate assessment and analysis.

 

Regular Progress Updates

Depending on the position to be filled, the availability of suitable candidates in the market, and various other factors, a successful search can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.

To keep you up-to-date, Human Capital Alliance will provide you ongoing progress reports that include:

  • The sources we have targeted for candidates
  • The market response to the search
  • Obstacles to identifying or attracting candidates
  • Candidates being developed
  • General market feedback regarding how your organization is perceived in the market

If it becomes apparent that the search will take considerably longer than expected—or that it may not yield an acceptable range of candidates—we guarantee to inform you as soon as possible and discuss alternative courses of action.

 

Professionalism and Integrity

When you have selected a final candidate, our primary function is to help you bring the candidate on board in a manner that facilitates a successful tenure in your organization. This includes:

  • Helping the candidate to assess the opportunity of the position
  • Advising you on any reservations the candidate may have about accepting the position
  • Acting as an intermediary between you and the candidate regarding compensation, benefits, and other conditions of employment
  • Although we represent your interests, we must also remain sensitive to the needs and concerns of the candidate.

We look for a win-win situation where you as a client are satisfied with the skills, experience, and enthusiasm of the candidate we bring you; and the candidate is motivated and enthused by the challenge and career development offered by your position.

Follow-Through

Human Capital Alliance’s responsibility does not end when the candidate accepts the offer. Instead, we will stay in contact with the new hire for as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition and help them settle into the new position.
