Human Capital Alliance Ltd (HCA) has established an office in Hong Kong to service its clients in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. 

HCA’s Managing Director, Edwin Sim said that his company began servicing the Hong Kong and China market five years ago when Thai-based clients began expanding into China. 

“They needed a trusted advisor to help them find leaders that could successfully help their businesses succeed in China,” he said.

With more Thai companies looking to enter the China market and Chinese and international companies with Hong Kong regional headquarters looking to expand into Thailand, Sim said it was an opportune to time to capitalize on the opportunities.

8 Queen’s Road Central, 10th Floor, Central, Hong Kong 

The company’s Hong Kong’s operation is a joint venture between Human Capital Alliance Asia Ltd, Pathfinder Asia Ltd, and Leland Sun, chairman of Pan Asian Mortgage Company Limited.
